We produce steel prefab homes with galvanized frame steel. This steel is bent in C and U shapes and connected to each other with rivets.
When the frame is formed, it is fixed to each frame by connecting to each other with locking screws in the field. Thus, no welding is used in the construction. This ensures that the structure is galvanized and has a long life.
In addition, although the frame system is very durable when standing still, it may flex during an earthquake. Flexibility makes the structure earthquake resistant.
Since we use Rockwool insulation in the frames of the walls and on the roof, heat and sound insulation is at a high level.
When the house is completed, the outer walls are 18 cm thick and the inner walls are 13 cm thick, with a double layer coating.
Each side of the walls is covered with OSB. In addition, the structure is covered with cementboard on the outside, and covered with drywall on the inside.
Exterior and interior finishing materials are paintable materials.
Our prefab homes, which can be produced in desired dimensions, can also be 2 or 3 floors.
You can apply the architectural details you want in interior design.
The calculation of thermal insulation in our houses is as follows. These results comply with the rules in many countries.
